Railay Bay Beach resort was upgraded in 2007, and is looking good. They've added a new restaurant, rooms and large pool. This means they now have two very nice pools swiming. In late 2009 they added their new reasonably priced Delux Cottages.

Free Wifi now available!
Railay Bay now provide free Wifi. It's only available around the restaurant and Railay Suite Cottages- We've tried it and it's good. Great to be able to check emails over breakfast sitting by the beach.

Construction alert
From April 20th to Oct 31st 2010 the Deluxe bungalows in the neigboring Sand and Sea Resort are going to be rebuilt. The working hours will be from 8am to 5pm. This may impact those staying in the Railay Bay Deluxe building. During this period we recomend guests sensitive to noise book one of the other rooms.

Low season rates run from May 1 to October 31.

Railay Suite Beach Front
These three cottages are the ultimate in luxury/ decadence. Although not actually on the beach front, they are the closest you can get on Railay Beach, all of which are behind the pool facing the ocean. The large bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a bath tub. There is a small library room, supplying DVD's to watch on the TV while enjoying the huge King Size bed. The price includes transfers to and from Krabi airport.

Railay Suite Cottage
There are seven cottages located in the lush gardens. They are all very nice doubles with huge King size beds. These rooms have a Jacuzzi bath tub, and a private outdoor garden shower. There is also a "living room" with a day bed (more like an alcove). The TV comes with a DVD player. They even deliver a daily English news paper.

Railay Deluxe Building
There is a large two story building in the middle of the resort. All the rooms in this building are doubles. The rooms are modern and very nice. All have an outside balcony area. Breakfast is included over which you can read your daily English news paper.

Railay Deluxe Cottages
These cottages are the newest on Railay, having been completed in November 2009. Railay Bay have done their usual excellent job, resulting in a very nice bungalow. Considering it's price, it's probably one of the best value up market bungalows in Railay. The rooms are modern and freshly decorated. All have an outside balcony area. Breakfast is included.

Railay Garden Pool Villa
There are 4 garden cottages, each of which shares a small private pool with it's twin (good for splashing around in, but not for swimming). Both rooms around the pool are only rented out together. They are all very nice doubles with huge King size beds. These rooms have a Jacuzzi bath tub, and a private outdoor garden shower. There is also a "living room" with a day bed (more like an alcove). The TV comes with a DVD player. They even deliver a daily English news paper. Last year several groups of friends and families booked both cottages together and the feedback we got was that they loved having a large private space to share.

Railay Privacy Cottages
Recently finished in 2007 these are some of the newest and nicer accommodation in Railay. I was a little skeptical at first as the concept is a little different from the traditional row of garden cottages, but it seems people really do enjoy the extra privacy as the feedback from last year was overwhelmingly positive. Each cottage has a Jacuzzi bath tub, a huge brand new king sized bed and "living room" with a day bed (more like an alcove). They also deliver a daily English news paper.

Please note- The Garden Pool Villa and Privacy cottages are not stand alone bungalows like the Cottages. They are built close together, but are very private by virtue of a surrounding wall.

Extra Beds
Extra beds are available in all rooms except the Deluxe building. An extra bed costs 1,200 Baht (this includes breakfast).

Transfers / Transport
Transfers from Krabi airport to Railay Beach are available for 1500 Baht each way for a mini bus which holds up to 8 people. Transfers are also available from Phuket airport to Railay beach for 3500 Baht each way for a mini bus which holds up to 8 people. After 6:00pm there is an extra 200 Baht charge per transfer.

• On the 31st of December there is another giant gala dinner. All guests are charged 3,500 Baht per adult and 2,200 Baht per child.

Once we have received your booking we will email you confirmation of the rooms availability.
The email will contain a link to our secure credit card payment gateway. You will then have the choice of paying a deposit on your booking with either a VISA or a MasterCard.
Our credit card gateway is implemented with 128 bit encryption in conjunction with the Bank of Asia.

If after you have paid your booking, you wish to cancel, then you may do so up to a month before arrival with a cancellation fee of 10% of the total accommodation cost.
Peak season bookings require 2 months notice.
High season bookings require 1 months notice.
Low season bookings only require two weeks cancellation notice.
If you do not cancel within the required time limit we may be unable to provide you with a refund.
There are no refunds during high and peak season for customers who chose to check out early, unless 2 months notice is given of a change in booking.

Refunds are provided for natural disasters. If a natural disaster occurs and your cancellation notice has expired, we will provide a refund of 75% of the booking, or reschedule your booking (depending on customer preference). Natural disasters are limited to Tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanoes, comet strikes and the end of the world.
