Welcome to Ao Nang's luxury resort. The newly renovated (2010) accommodation is beautifully situated in natural surroundings and tropical gardens, Somkiet Buri enjoys mountain views while being only 300m from Ao Nang beach. Somkiet Buri only has 26 rooms nestled in a beautiful tropical garden.

The resort has an excellent restaurant serving Thai and international cuisine. Locally caught seafood is our specialty. The resort has a nice swimming pool and offers, traditional massage, room service, fax and Internet facilities.

There are three rates for all the rooms. High season rate runs from November 1 to April 21. Peak season runs from 20th Dec 5th Jan. Low season rates run from May 1 to October 31. All bookings must be made at least one month in advance.

All of the accomodation is serviced daily and includes breakfast, hot bath and shower, fridge, mini bar and TV.

This is a really good option for familys. There is alot of space including a living room and a large outdoor area

Their are two almost identical bedrooms joined via the living room

There is also an outside jaccuzi/ oversized tub

An extra bed is 700 Baht (includes breakfast). A baby cot is available for free.

Transfers/ Transport
Transfers to Krabi airport cost 600 Baht each way
Transfers to Phuket airport cost 2,700 Baht each way

Gala Dinners
All guests staying over Christmas Eve will be charged for the gala dinner. The dinner on
Christmas Eve is 2,500 baht per adult and 1,250 baht per child (4-12 years).

Booking

Once we have received your booking we will email you confirmation of the rooms availability.
The email will contain a link to our secure credit card payment gateway. You will then have the choice of paying a deposit on your booking with either a VISA or a MasterCard.
Our credit card gateway is implemented with 128 bit encryption in conjunction with the Bank of Asia.

If after you have paid your booking, you wish to cancel, then you may do so up to a month before arrival with a cancellation fee of 10% of the total accommodation cost.
Peak season bookings require 2 months notice.
High season bookings require 1 months notice.
Low season bookings only require two weeks cancellation notice.
If you do not cancel within the required time limit we may be unable to provide you with a refund.
There are no refunds during high and peak season for customers who chose to check out early, unless 2 months notice is given of a change in booking.

Refunds are provided for natural disasters. If a natural disaster occurs and your cancellation notice has expired, we will provide a refund of 75% of the booking, or reschedule your booking (depending on customer preference). Natural disasters are limited to Tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanoes, comet strikes and the end of the world.
