Welcome to Ao Nang's luxury resort. The accommodation is beautifully situated in natural surroundings and tropical gardens, Somkiet Buri enjoys mountain views while being only 300m from Ao Nang beach. Somkiet Buri only has 26 rooms nestled in a beautiful tropical garden. The resort also has an herbal spa retreat, Thai massage and more.

All of accommodation comes with air conditioning, TV, hot and cold water, a bathtub, a mini bar, telephone and a private balcony overlooking the tropical landscape.
The resort has an excellent restaurant serving Thai and international cuisine. Locally caught seafood is our specialty.
Also available for our guests is the swimming pool, traditional massage, room service and fax and Internet facilities.

We have three rates for all our rooms. Our high season rate runs from November 1 to April 30. Our Peak Season runs from 20th Dec 5th Jan. Low season rates run from May 1 to October 31. All bookings must be made at least one month in advance.

Gala Dinners
All our guests will staying over NewYears Eve will be charged for our gala dinner. The dinner on
The New Year’s Eve dinner is 1,500 baht per adult and 750 baht per child.

An extra bed is 600 Baht (includes breakfast). A baby cot is available is free.
 

Transfers / Transport
Transfers from Krabi airport to Railay Beach are available for 1500 Baht each way per person. Transfers are also available from Phuket airport to Railay beach for 3500 Baht each way per person. After 6:00pm there is an extra 200 Baht charge per transfer.

Booking

Once we have received your booking we will email you confirmation of the rooms availability.
The email will contain a link to our secure credit card payment gateway. You will then have the choice of paying a deposit on your booking with either a VISA or a MasterCard.
Our credit card gateway is implemented with 128 bit encryption in conjunction with the Bank of Asia.

If after you have paid your booking, you wish to cancel, then you may do so up to a month before arrival with a cancellation fee of 10% of the total accommodation cost.
If your booking is in peak season, which runs from Dec 20 - Jan 10, then we require 2 months notice.
If your booking is in high season, which runs from Nov 1 - April 30, then we require 1 months notice.
If your booking is in low season then we only require two weeks cancellation notice (a cancellation fee of 10% still applies).
If you do not cancel within the required time limit we may be unable to provide you with a refund.

In addition we are now providing refunds for natural disasters. If a natural disaster occurs and your cancellation notice has expired, we will provide a refund of 75% of the booking, or reschedule your booking (depending on customer preference). Natural disasters are limited to Tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanoes, comet strikes and the end of the world. To put things in persepective as far as natural disaster go, there has only be one Tsunami mildly affecting Krabi in recorded history, and that was in 2004.
